Flying H Drag Strip
Fox Hunt Race rescheduled to August 16-17
After careful consideration, the management of Flying H Drag Strip has decided to postpone this week’s Fox Hunt race.
As we have posted earlier this week, and as many of you that were in attendance last weekend know, we still do not have full confidence in our timing system. We don't feel it’s fair to our racers or spectators to sit through downtime required if the issues are still not 100% corrected. We are working with Port A Tree to ensure that these issues will be resolved to everyone’s satisfaction.
Also, to be as transparent as possible, we have had unexpected staffing issues arise this week. This will also impact our ability to have a race of the Fox Hunt’s caliber and our desire to bring back what many fans and racers remember of the old Fox Hunt races. Flying H continues to appreciate all your support while we go through this first seasons "growing pains".
Please know this decision did not come easy, we just felt like it was the only option that we have with the situation we are in.
